MBF2 (Mathematische Begabung im Fokus - in der Sekundarstufe II)

 

Der im Rahmen des MBF2-Projektes „Mathematische Begabung im Fokus - in der Sekundarstufe II“ gegründete Mathe-Treff richtet sich an mathematisch interessierte Schülerinnen und Schüler von Gesamtschulen und Gymnasien in Essen und Umgebung.

Der Mathe-Treff bietet ihnen die Möglichkeit, unabhängig von schulischen Leistungen und losgelöst vom regulären Lehrplan an mathematischen Problemstellungen zu arbeiten, um so in ihrem Interesse gefördert zu werden. Gleichzeitig bietet der Mathe-Treff dem Projektteam optimale Voraussetzungen, mathematische Begabungen zu entdecken und besser verstehen zu können. Langfristig entwickelt das Team ein Diagnoseinstrument, mit dem mathematische Talente schneller erkannt werden können.
